Tina Winfield Achkar

 

Tina advises students from all over the world with their admissions to American, British, European and Canadian universities.
 

After a long career in marketing within global companies, Tina wanted to apply her skills to help students and their families navigate the various higher education systems at worldwide. Passionate about her work, she accompanies and encourages high school students to fully exploit their potential to best prepare the best university applications.

 American, bilingual in French and English, Tina has lived between Paris and London for 35 years. She earned a BA from Skidmore College and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business (University of Pennsylvania).
She resides in London with her husband and three sons, who have studied in the American, British and French systems.

Jordana Friedman

 

  Jordana Friedman joined Tina in 2014. She is a writer, freelance consultant and editor with extensive experience in the field of education. Passionate about grammar, she is passionate about helping students, especially non-native English speakers, improve their reading comprehension and writing skills.

 

From 2007 to 2012, she directed the “Weidenfeld Scholarship and Leadership Program for International Graduate Students” at the University of Oxford, under the auspices of the “Institute for Strategic Dialogue”.

The study of thousands of application files, and the hundreds of interviews she has conducted have enabled her to acquire a perfect knowledge of the essential assets for a successful university application.

 

Jordana is fluent in French and has lived in the United States, Italy, France, Dubai and the United Kingdom. She has also worked for more than 20 years for international think tanks and NGOs. These experiences allow him today to provide students from different cultures with a global approach to the complex process of applying for universities.

 

Jordana earned a BA from Harvard University and a Masters degree from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.

 

Sébastian Brown

 

  Sébastien Brown is an accomplished SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) tutor. It helps students from non-English speaking backgrounds identify and overcome weaknesses in their reading comprehension or math skills.

 

  Sébastien is fluent in French and has lived in the United States, Dubai and the United Kingdom. He graduated from the Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle in London and currently attends Amherst College where he studies Physics.
